As a Customer Advisor, you will be part of a driven and engaged team with strong cohesion. You belong to our customer center team, whose goal is to increase the number of transactions. The team supports our franchisees by creating more customer meetings, improving customer care, and proactively targeting the market. This way, we ensure that more customers choose Svensk Fastighetsförmedling!

About the roleAs a Customer Advisor, you will among other things:

  • Make proactive and outreach contact with potential customers via phone.

  • Market and position Svensk Fastighetsförmedling as the obvious choice for home sellers.

  • Contact interested parties to confirm participation and schedule meetings with our agents.

  • You will work from our headquarters in central Stockholm and report to our Customer Center Manager.

In the role, we also want you to:

  • Help improve existing routines, processes, and scripts to streamline operations and create higher productivity in terms of more booked meetings and faster feedback to our viewing guests.

  • Develop communication tools and manage administrative tasks.

  • Develop flows for lead management and generation.

Your backgroundYou have experience working with sales and/or appointment booking via phone and have developed good communication skills through this experience, driven by making our customers satisfied. We wish for you to be solution-oriented and have the ability to manage and develop routines and processes in a structured and meticulous way.

The role also requires a willingness to take significant personal responsibility, an inherent drive, and a strong results focus.

Furthermore, you are driven to succeed and believe that the best thing is to work together with other people. You appreciate when things happen and develop. You are proactive, positive, and a team player.
